"If you love One Voice the way I do, then you want to know absolutely everything there is to know about it. When you are taking lessons, you’re getting information that applies to you and your goals. The Certification Program presents information that you maybe would never have gotten to otherwise in the context of a lesson. As a singer, it has helped me tremendously. But even more than that, it is such a gift to be able to share One Voice with singers and help lead them on their vocal journey. I truly believe with all my heart that the world needs One Voice. It is such valuable information that can revolutionize the world of singing, and the beginning of that is the Certification Program."

Wrapping up another lesson with a student and feeling like
you failed them again is a terrible feeling. Saying something to
them and hoping they'll "get it" someday. This just makes you
feel frustrated, like a bad teacher, and like you shouldn't be doing this. Instead, what if you were able to teach something to
a client that was clear, simple, and digestable?
How would if feel to have your client say
"Wow, that makes total sense." This is
something Certified One Voice Coaches hear
all the time. They feel more confident, clear,
and empowered in their information. And when
the Coach feels clear - so are their clients.
Why knowing "how" to teach really matters.
So it's the end of another shift... where you feel angry because you've poured more time and energy into something that you'll get nothing back from. Walking home you kick the stones you see on the ground frustrated because you don't know
why you keep doing something where you feel undervalued, over-worked,
and feel like you have nothing to show for it at the end of the day. It sucks.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
Imagine shutting the door to "work"for the day with a big smile
on your face, knowing you made a difference. Your client was
happy to see you and would miss you if you weren't there. You
take a deep breath and change clothes to get ready for rehearsal
with a new band you're playing with tonight. Or maybe you'll go
on a hike, or eat out with friends, maybe even shop at a fancy
grocery store. It's up to you, because you don't have to work
all day, because how much you work is up to you. You're in
control. Why keep feeling like you're at the end of your wits
all the time? Instead you could be living the life you want,
feeling proud and excited about how you help people, and
most importantly that you are living the life you want.
Working less with more energy,
and living with more time.
Maybe you got your degree in vocal performance, have been producing for several years, or are a singer who loves One Voice. Whoever you are, the desire to share what you've learned is likely a joy for you. But like most things, people think you have to be born with the "gift" to teach. We don't think that. Teaching is a skill set with specific tools and structures to ensure the most successful delivery each time. Approaching a new client will bring you a feeling of confidence and clarity because they know how to approach any situation with a client. Instead the feeling you have in the pit of your stomach of feeling afraid and inadequate, why not flip that around and start feeling like a rockstar with your clients because you know exactly how to help them?
"What I'm teaching isn't helping!"
Exactly. Why keep teaching it?
"The Certification Program prepared me so well to teach One Voice and help singers build their voices,
but I didn’t expect it to affect me the way it did when it comes to leadership.
As a teacher, director, choreographer, etc.... I feel I have such unique skills when it
comes to communicating and leading people to a particular goal. And so much
of that is because of the training I went through with One Voice....
Going through the Certification Program has given me a confidence that I didn’t have before,
and that confidence spills over in all aspects of my life."
